Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Line the bottom of a lined baking tray with the
Matzo (8 pieces)
, breaking up pieces if you need to fill in any gaps.

Place the
Unsalted Butter (1 cup)

Sea Salt (1 pinch)
, and
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring constantly until melted together.
Step 4
Bring the toffee mixture for around 3 minutes, continuing to stir. Working quickly and carefully, pour the toffee over the matzoh.
Step 5
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Keep an eye on it in case it begins to burn.

In the meantime, roughly chop the
Dark Chocolate (1 cup)

Roughly chop the
Salted Shelled Pistachios (1 cup)

Step 8
Remove the tray from the oven and evenly sprinkle over chopped chocolate. Leave it to melt for about 10 minutes.
Step 9
Evenly spread the melted chocolate with the back of a spoon.
Step 10
Evenly sprinkle over chopped pistachios. Place in the refrigerator to set, about 20 minutes.
Step 11
Once the toffee and chocolate have set, use a sharp knife to cut into shards. Serve and enjoy!
