In a container with a tight fitting lid, combine Milk (2 cups), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Chia Seeds (1/2 Tbsp), and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp). Let the oats sit at least for 8 hours or overnight.
