Red Snapper Fillet
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Ground Black Pepper
Mixed Grains and Herb Salad
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
Season Red Snapper Fillet (1) with Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). Squeeze Lime (1/2) on it, too.
Bake in oven for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with Mixed Grains and Herb Salad (1 cup) and enjoy!
