Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper or a silpat.
Place Dried Chickpeas (2 cup) on a paper towel and pat completely dry. Remove any loose skins.
Mince theGarlic (1 clove) and Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (1 inch).
In a medium size bowl combine the Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), minced garlic, minced chipotle pepper, Adobo Sauce (1 teaspoon), Chili Powder (1 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).
Whisk until combined and add the chickpeas. Toss well. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure chickpeas are in a single layer.
Bake for 15 minutes. Toss well and flip.
Then bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool and Eat!
