Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper or a silpat.
Dried Chickpeas (2 cups)
on a paper towel and pat completely dry. Remove any loose skins.
Garlic (1 clove)
Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (1 in)
In a medium size bowl combine the
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
, minced garlic, minced chipotle pepper,
Adobo Sauce (1 tsp)
Chili Powder (1 tsp)
Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1 pinch)
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
Whisk until combined and add the chickpeas. Toss well. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure chickpeas are in a single layer.
Bake for 15 minutes. Toss well and flip.
Then bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool and Eat!
