In a medium size bowl combine the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), minced garlic, minced chipotle pepper, Adobo Sauce (1 tsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Dried Oregano (as needed), Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).
