Place the Sweetened Condensed Milk (28 ounce) and White Chocolate (2 pound) in a saucepan.
Over a very low heat, melt together and then add the Peppermint Extract (2 teaspoon) and combine.
Pour into a ceramic or glass dish lined with baking paper.
Working very quickly, add a few drops of the AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste™ in Avocado (to taste), AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste™ in Teal (to taste) and AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste™ in Turquoise (to taste).
Using a wooden skewer or popsicle stick, gently swirl together. Place in the refrigerator to set for about 45 minutes.
Remove from the dish, trim the edges and cut into squares.
Finish the fudge off by using a clean paint brush to splash flecks of AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste™ in Bright White (to taste) on the surface and gently sprinkle over the Edible Silver Glitter Dust (to taste).
