Step 1
Place the
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (2 2/3 cups)
and
White Chocolate (5 1/3 cups)
in a saucepan.
Step 2
Over a very low heat, melt together and then add the
Peppermint Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
and combine.
Step 3
Pour into a ceramic or glass dish lined with baking paper.
Step 4
Working very quickly, add a few drops of the
AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste™ in Avocado (to taste)
,
AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste™ in Teal (to taste)
and
AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste™ in Turquoise (to taste)
.
Step 5
Using a wooden skewer or popsicle stick, gently swirl together. Place in the refrigerator to set for about 45 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the dish, trim the edges and cut into squares.
Step 7
Finish the fudge off by using a clean paint brush to splash flecks of
AmeriColor Soft Gel Paste™ in Bright White (to taste)
on the surface and gently sprinkle over the
Edible Glitter (to taste)
