Heat up the Canola Oil (3 Tbsp) in a cast iron or skillet and add the Whole Shishito Pepper (1 cup) tossing and turning until charred, about 10 minutes.

Add Lemon (1), Garlic Powder (to taste), and Salt (to taste).
