Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix your Instant Dry Yeast (1 tablespoon) with the Water (1/2 cup). Add the mix to the All-Purpose Flour (0.55 pound) with some Olive Oil (4 tablespoon) and blend the dough well.
Flatten your dough into a circular shape, then sprinkle some Olive Oil (3 tablespoon) on top. Cut your Tomato (4) into pieces, and put them on top of the dough as well.
Put your Mozzarella Cheese (0.4 pound) and Parmigiano-Reggiano (4 tablespoon) on the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown, and you are good to serve. Enjoy!
