Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix your Instant Dry Yeast (1 Tbsp) with the Water (1/2 cup) . Add the mixture to the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) with some Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and mix the dough well.
Step 3
Flatten your dough into a circular shape, then sprinkle some Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) on top. Cut your Tomatoes (4) into pieces, and put them on top of the dough as well.
Step 4
Put your Mozzarella Cheese (1 2/3 cups) and Parmigiano-Reggiano (1/4 cup) on the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown, and you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
