Combine Coconut Milk (1 cup), Fresh Turmeric (4 teaspoon), and Fresh Ginger (1 teaspoon) in a bowl. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain through a wire mesh sieve or nut bag. Add Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon).
Pour the strained liquid over a large glass full of ice. Sprinkle with Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch) and enjoy!
