Step 1
Juice the
Lemon (1/2)
and set aside.
Step 2
Combine
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
, lemon juice,
Salt (1/8 tsp)
, and
Dried Mixed Herbs (1 tsp)
in a bowl. Stir to mix all of the ingredients together.
Step 3
Dip the
Cod (4 oz)
into the mixture, coating it well on both sides.
Step 4
Let stand for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Coat the fish in
Panko Breadcrumbs (2 Tbsp)
then move it onto a baking tray and pour the remaining marinade on top.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 30 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven and serve, preferably with salad or pasta.
