Cooking Instructions

Grate the
Fresh Ginger (1 tsp)

Put the
Sake Kasu (10.5 oz)
in hot
Water (2 cups)
and wait till it melts. Heat the pot with water to the lowest temperature, add Sake kasu, and leave it for 20~30 minutes.

Add
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
and
Salt (1 pinch)

You just made regular Amazake!

Add
Instant Coffee (1 tsp)

Put ginger on top, and you are done with your amazing drink. Enjoy!
