Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Wash up the Clementines (8) .
Step 2
Peel and slice them.
Step 3
In a saucepan, bring Water (1 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) , and Cinnamon Sticks (2) to a simmer until sugar dissolves.
Step 4
In a large bowl, arrange the sliced clementines, pour in the syrup and let it sit for a few hours (overnight is better).
Step 5
To serve, divide the clementines between 4 bowls. Add 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream (2 cups) per bowl, pour the syrup and decorate with some Fresh Mint (to taste) .
Step 6
Serve it right away!
