Cooking Instructions
1.
Slice Pork (3.5 oz) into large pieces.
2.
Mix the Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) and Sriracha (2 tsp) and pork together.
3.
Add in the Pickles (1/2 cup).
4.
Wash glutinous rice, soak for at least 1 hour in warm water.
5.
Add in Light Soy Sauce (2 oz), Dark Soy Sauce (0.5 oz), Granulated Sugar (5 tsp) and Salt (1 tsp) and mix until combined.
6.
Prepare the Palm Leaves (10) by washing it in water.
7.
Boil palm leaves in boiling water until soft.
8.
First, wrap each palm leaf into a cone safe and add in the Glutinous Rice (1 3/4 cups).
9.
Then put in the pickles and pork.
10.
Finally filled with glutinous rice again, but do not fill the leaf to the top.
11.
Turn down the palm leaf, wrap the dumplings with the cotton line with the palm leaf facing down on a flat surface, and wrap the dumplings with a cotton line.
12.
Add cold water to a pot and cook for 45 minutes.
13.
Remove the dumplings from the pot. Unwrap, serve and enjoy!
