Cooking Instructions
1.
Prepare the Salted Duck Eggs (3).

Place eggs and and Pork Floss (3/4 cup) into two separate bowls.

Wash Glutinous Rice (1 3/4 cups), soak for at least 1 hour in warm water.

Put Light Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp), Dark Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (1 2/3 Tbsp) and Salt (1 tsp) in rice and mix until combined.
5.
Wash the Palm Leaves (10).
6.
Soak the palm leaves in boiling water to until soft.
7.
First, wrap each palm leaf into a cone safe and add in the rice.
8.
Then put into the salted egg and meat floss.
9.
Finally filled with glutinous rice again, but do not fill the leaf to the top. With the palm leaf facing down on a flat surface, wrap the dumplings with a cotton line.
10.
Add cold water to a pot and cook for 45 minutes.
11.
Remove the dumplings from the pot.
12.
Unwrap, serve and enjoy!
