Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Lay parchment paper in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add the Saltine Crackers (30) in one layer to the bottom of the dish for the crust.
Step 3
In a small saucepan melt the Unsalted Butter (1 cup) . Add the Brown Sugar (1 cup) , mix, and bring to a gentle boil for 2 minutes. Immediately pour over the crackers evenly.
Step 4
Place in the oven 3-4 minutes or until bubbly.
Step 5
Evenly sprinkle over the Chocolate Chips (1 cup) . Use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate over the crackers. Top with Pecans (1/2 cup) , Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (to taste) , or topping of choice.
Step 6
Chill until hard, about 15-20 minutes or overnight.
Step 7
Cut into pieces with a knife or using your hands.
