Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Lay parchment paper in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add the Saltine Crackers (30) in one layer to the bottom of the dish for the crust.
In a small saucepan melt the Unsalted Butter (1 cup). Add the Brown Sugar (1 cup), mix, and bring to a gentle boil for 2 minutes. Immediately pour over the crackers evenly.
Place in the oven 3-4 minutes or until bubbly.
Evenly sprinkle over the Chocolate Chips (1 cup). Use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate over the crackers. Top with Pecans (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (to taste), or topping of choice.
Chill until hard, about 15-20 minutes or overnight.
Cut into pieces with a knife or using your hands.
