Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a bowl combine Chicken Breasts (1 lb) with Buffalo Sauce (2/3 cup) and Ranch Dressing (1/3 cup). Fold in the Scallions (2 Tbsp). Add Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp).
3.
Cut the French Bread (1 loaf) in half lengthwise. Place the prepared bread halves onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon chicken mixture onto bread.
4.
Top with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup), and bake for about 10 minutes.
5.
Turn oven to broil, and broil for about a minute or until cheese is bubbling and slightly brown
6.
Garnish with extra scallions, ranch dressing, or hot sauce.
Author's Notes
To add a boost of veggies to these pizza, try mixing some sliced red onions into the buffalo chicken before baking!
