Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a bowl combine Chicken Breast (1 pound) with Buffalo Sauce (2/3 cup) and Ranch Dressing (1/3 cup). Fold in the Scallion (2 tablespoon). Add Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon).
Cut the French Bread (1 loaf) in half lengthwise. Place the prepared bread halves onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon chicken mixture onto bread.
Top with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup), and bake for about 10 minutes.
Turn oven to broil, and broil for about a minute or until cheese is bubbling and slightly brown
Garnish with extra scallions, ranch dressing, or hot sauce.
