Cooking Instructions
1.
Combine Water (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), juice of the Lemons (2), Salt (2 pinches), Chaat Masala (as needed), and Fresh Mint Leaves (3) in a pitcher and sir still sugar dissolves.

Strain the lemondade into a separate pitcher and let it rest for a while.

Take serving glass and add Ice (1 handful). Pour in the shikanji in the glass and add some Fresh Mint Leaves (3) on top.
4.
Slice 4 wedges out of the Lemon (1) and serve with the lemonade. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
