Step 1
For the Matcha White Hot Chocolate: Using a fine mesh sifter, sift
Matcha Powder (1 Tbsp)
into a saucepan. Add
Water (8 fl oz)
to saucepan and whisk matcha with hot water until very smooth and no lumps remain.
Step 2
Add the
White Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
and the
Milk (32 fl oz)
to the saucepan and heat over medium low heat, stirring often until white chocolate is fully melted. Heat the matcha white hot chocolate until it is your desired drinking temperature.
Step 3
For the Snowman Marshmallows: Cut
Square Marshmallows (to taste)
into rounds.
Step 4
Place
White Chocolate Chips (2 Tbsp)
with
Coconut Oil (1/4 tsp)
in a small dish and microwave in 20 second increments, stirring after each increment, until white chocolate is perfectly melted and smooth.
Step 5
Sprinkle in
Ground Annatto (1/4 tsp)
and stir well to combine.
Step 6
Using a toothpick with one of the pointed ends snipped off, dip the toothpick into the now orange melted white chocolate and draw the noses on each marshmallow round.
Step 7
Place
Dark Chocolate Chips (2 Tbsp)
with
Coconut Oil (1/4 tsp)
in a small dish and microwave in 20 second increments, stirring after each increment, until dark chocolate is perfectly melted and smooth.
Step 8
Using a toothpick with one of the pointed ends snipped off, dip the toothpick into the melted dark chocolate and dab on the eyes and mouth of the snowman onto each round.
Step 9
Allow chocolate snowman faces to set at room temperature before serving.
Step 10
Pour matcha into mugs, top each mug with marshmallows and serve.
