Cooking Instructions
1.
Using a fine mesh sifter, sift Matcha Powder (2 tsp) into a saucepan.
2.
Add hot Water (2 fl oz), but not boiling water to a saucepan and whisk matcha with hot water until very smooth and no lumps remain (we recommend a matcha whisk for this task).
3.
Add the White Chocolate Chips (4 Tbsp), Salt (1 pinch), and Milk (16 fl oz) to the saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring often until the white chocolate is fully melted and the liquid reaches the desired drinking temperature.
4.
Pour into mugs, top each drink with a Marshmallows (to taste) and serve.
