Mix together Milk Chocolate Chips (11.5 ounce), Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 cup), Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounce), Milk (2 tablespoon) in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until ingredients melt, stirring often.
When ingredients are melted, remove mixture from heat and stir in Pretzel Pieces (1 cup).
Pour into a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan. Press Pretzel Sticks (to taste) onto top of fudge. Refrigerate for 3 hours or longer.
Remove from pan and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
