When purchasing the salmon make sure to buy a thicker cut

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Wrap a 6-inch springform pan with plastic wrap.
Step 2
Combine the Smoked Salmon (1 pound) with 1 Tbsp of VERY soft Cream Cheese this will act as glue to keep it from falling apart later.
Step 3
Press half of the smoked salmon into the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
Spread half of the remaining cream cheese over the salmon, to ensure it spreads easily you can microwave it for 15-30 seconds. Sprinkle Red Onion (1) over the cheese.
Step 5
In a bowl combine, Dill (1 tablespoon) with Lemon (1). Then sprinkle over the pan.
Step 6
Spread the remaining salmon. Sprinkle with Capers (1 cup). Spread remaining Cream Cheese (8 ounce). Cover fully with plastic and chill for at least 1 hour to set.
Step 7
Prepare the bagel chips. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 8
Slice Bagel (3) into 3rds legnthwise and then slice into 1 to 2-inch strips.
Step 9
Lay the strips crust side down on a baking sheet. Brush with Olive Oil (3 tablespoon) and then sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning (2 teaspoon).
Step 10
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Allow them to cool then store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
Step 11
Uncover the dip, remove springform, and place it on a serving platter. Then sprinkle with Scallion (3 tablespoon) and then top with everything Everything Bagel Seasoning (1 tablespoon).
Step 12
Serve dip with prepared chips and other veggie dippers.
