Spread
Butter (1/4 cup)
across one side of each
Sourdough Bread (8 slices)

Slice
Green Apple (1)
in half and then core. Then cut into ¼ inch thin slices from each half.

Brie Cheese (4 oz)
into thick slices.
Step 4
With the buttered side facing out, layer
Deli Honey Ham (8 slices)
, brie, green apple and repeat the layers. Top with bread- buttered side out. Repeat to make 4 sandwiches.
Step 5
Heat a grill pan or skillet on medium-low heat. Once hot, add sandwiches to the pan, cook for 2 minutes on one side.
Step 6
Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Repeat with all portions.
Step 7
Slice and serve immediately.
