Spread Butter (4 tablespoon) across one side of each Sourdough Bread (8 slice) slice.
Slice Green Apple (1) in half and then core. Then cut into ¼ inch thin slices from each half.
Slice Brie Cheese (4 ounce) into thick slices.
With the buttered side facing out, layer Deli Honey Ham (8 slice), brie, green apple and repeat the layers. Top with bread- buttered side out. Repeat to make 4 sandwiches.
Heat a grill pan or skillet on medium-low heat. Once hot, add sandwiches to the pan, cook for 2 minutes on one side.
Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Repeat with all portions.
Slice and serve immediately.
