Step 1
Place the
Water (1/4 cup)

Milk (1/2 cup)
,
Butter (1/3 cup)
,
Salt (1 tsp)
,
Large Eggs (4)
,
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
,
Bread Flour (4 cups)
and
Instant Dry Yeast (1 Tbsp)
in bread machine and run on dough cycle.
Step 2
Once done, leave in machine an additional 30 minutes to let it rest.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 4
Roll out into a desired shape. I bake in a bread sandwich loaf pan. Roll out to fit into the pan. Butter pan really well, place in the pan and brush top with
Butter (2 Tbsp)
cover with a light soft cloth.
Step 5
Let rise until double in size. Bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool a few minutes and serve. Enjoy!
