In a heatproof bowl, add
Couscous (1/2 cup)
Water (1/2 cup)
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 5 minutes or until the couscous has absorbed the water.
Use a fork to fluff up the couscous and separate the grains. Then season with
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Add in the
Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
to the couscous mixture. Then toss everything together and move the mixture onto a plate.
Chicken Tenders (1.3 lb)
into little strips. Then place each tenderloin onto the couscous mixture and press all over to coat.
Place the coated tenderloins onto a baking tray with non stick baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place the tray with the coated tenderloins in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn the tenderloins over once in a while or until they are nice and crisp all over.
