Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a heatproof bowl, add Couscous (1/2 cup) and Water (1/2 cup).
Step 2
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 5 minutes or until the couscous has absorbed the water.
Step 3
Use a fork to fluff up the couscous and separate the grains. Then season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Step 4
Add in the Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) to the couscous mixture. Then toss everything together and move the mixture onto a plate.
Step 5
Cut the Chicken Tenders (600 gram) into little strips. Then place each tenderloin onto the couscous mixture and press all over to coat.
Step 6
Place the coated tenderloins onto a baking tray with non stick baking paper.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 8
Place the tray with the coated tenderloins in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn the tenderloins over once in a while or until they are nice and crisp all over.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy!
