Parmesan Cous Cous Crusted Chicken Strips is a quick and easy to prepare chicken dish. Chicken Tenderloins are coated in a seasoned mixture of cous cous and grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Cooking Instructions
1.
In a heatproof bowl, add Couscous (1/2 cup) and Water (1/2 cup).
2.
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 5 minutes or until the couscous has absorbed the water.
3.
Use a fork to fluff up the couscous and separate the grains. Then season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
4.
Add in the Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) to the couscous mixture. Then toss everything together and move the mixture onto a plate.
5.
Cut the Chicken Tenders (1.3 lb) into little strips. Then place each tenderloin onto the couscous mixture and press all over to coat.
6.
Place the coated tenderloins onto a baking tray with non stick baking paper.
7.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
8.
Place the tray with the coated tenderloins in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn the tenderloins over once in a while or until they are nice and crisp all over.
9.
Serve and enjoy!
