To a large martini shaker, add the Crème de Menthe (2 fluid ounce), Vodka (2 fluid ounce), Ice (1 cup), Peppermint Extract (1 teaspoon), and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon). Shake for 30 seconds.
Rim your glass by adding the Granulated Sugar (3 tablespoon) and Water (1 tablespoon) to a small plate. Stir to combine. Place two glasses you’ll be serving the drink in onto the sugar mixture then dunk into the crushed Candy Cane (5).
Pour the chilled cocktail into the glasses and garnish with more candy cane and Fresh Mint (2 sprig).
