Step 1
Inside a Pot melt the
Butter (1 Tbsp)
with some
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Add the
Yellow Onion (1)

Thick-Cut Bacon (2)

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (3)
into the pot and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add your Crushed
Garlic (2 cloves)
, and mix everything well. Add your
Arborio Rice (2 cups)
. Stir through for five minutes.
Step 3
Add the
Chicken Stock (4 cups)
cup by cup,waiting for each cup to be absorbed by the rice on each round. Stir frequently.
Step 4
Add your
Water (1 cup)
and stir through until it is absorbed by the rise. Turn the heat down and let it simmer for five minutes. Serve and enjoy!
