Beef Short Ribs
or Chuck Roast, cut to size
•

Tbsp
Olive Oil
•
3
Tbsp
Beef Seasoning
•
1
Tbsp
All-Purpose Seasoning
•

Apple Juice
Cooking Instructions
1.
Cover Beef Short Ribs (6) with Olive Oil (4 Tbsp) and rub in well.
2.
In a shallow bowl, combine both the Beef Seasoning (3 Tbsp) and All-Purpose Seasoning (1 Tbsp).
3.
Add oiled short ribs and rub in the seasoning well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight for more flavor penetration.
4.
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C).
5.
Place short ribs in the smoker. Smoke for 4 hours and spray with Apple Juice (as needed) every hour.
6.
Allow the short ribs to rest for 10 minutes. After 4 hours all you have to do is enjoy!
