Cooking Instructions
1.
Strain drippings from your turkey into a bowl.
2.
Melt Butter (4 Tbsp) in a saucepan over medium heat.
3.
Add All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp) and stir until completely melted in.

Add strained turkey drippings and stir until it comes to a light boil.
5.
Add Fresh Cilantro (to taste) and stir.
6.
Pour into a gravy bowl. Add Chicken Broth (as needed), start with 1/4 cup or less, stir in well and add chicken broth until you reach your desired consistency.
