In the bowl of your electric mixer, combine Creamy Peanut Butter (1 cup), Dark Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Large Egg (1), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 tablespoon), and Baking Powder (1 teaspoon). Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Wrap up the dough in a plastic paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Scoop dough out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten out each ball with a glass and place a few Mini Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) onto each cookie.
Bake for about 10 min, and then let cool completely on a rack.
