Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 12 cup standard muffin tin with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).
Cut each Refrigerated Biscuits (1 can) into 8 pieces – you should have about 64 pieces total.
In a large bowl, mix together the Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup), Garlic (1 tablespoon), Italian Seasoning (1 1/2 teaspoon), and a pinch of Salt and Pepper (to taste). Stir in biscuit pieces, tossing to combine.
Fill muffin cups with 5-6 biscuit pieces.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from oven, brush with any remaining butter mixture, serve and enjoy.
