These are such a delicious, pretty addition to a cookie platter. When chocolate is drizzled over the top, they almost taste like scrumptious, chewy-gooey chocolate bars!

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
Line cookie sheet with the Graham Crackers (20).
3.
Carefully bring the Butter (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 cup) to a boil. Gently simmer for 2 minutes.
4.
Mix in Pecans (1 cup) into the butter and sugar mixture.
5.
Spread mixture over the graham crackers.
6.
Bake about 10 minutes.
7.
Melt Chocolate Chips (1 cup) in 30-second intervals in the microwave (or with a double boiler on the stove) and drizzle over squares after baking.
8.
Cut and serve while still warm. Add a whole pecan to the top of each if desired.
