Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a food processor combine the Dry Red Beans (1 cup), Bananas (3/4 cup), Maple Syrup (3 Tbsp) if using, Almond Flour (4 Tbsp), Coconut Flour (1 1/3 Tbsp), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 1/2 Tbsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 dash), and Salt (1 pinch).

Blend until creamy.

Divide into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined tray, gently press them down with the back of a fork.

Bake in your preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 12-15 minutes. These store best in your fridge for 2-3 days.
