Cooking Instructions
1.
Dissolve the Gelatin Powder (2 tsp) in Water (2 Tbsp). Set aside.
2.
Brew the illy® Espresso Intenso (2 Tbsp).
3.
In a blender, combine the Heavy Cream (3/4 cup), Ricotta Cheese (1 cup), illy® Espresso Intenso (1 Tbsp), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup), and the Vanilla Bean Paste (as needed).
4.
Blend until all ingredients are combined and creamy.
5.
Pour into a saucepan.
6.
Bring it to a gentle boil, then remove pan from heat and add in the gelatin mixture. Stir until gelatin dissolves.
7.
Portion up the cream into 6 containers. Let them stand on your kitchen counter until cool, then refrigerate them for about 2 hours.
8.
Decorate with a coffee kernel and serve. Enjoy!
