Step 1
Take your Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup) and let them defrost completely. Then, add half of the Honey (1 Tbsp) .
Step 2
With a fork, mash a few of them while you mix the blueberries with the honey.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (1/3 cup) with the other half of the Honey (1 Tbsp) , stir well.
Step 4
In your popsicle molds, pour one tablespoon of blueberries, followed by one tablespoon of yogurt then blueberries again.
Step 5
Finish up with one last tablespoon of yogurt. Then close them and put them in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
Step 6
When craving something sweet but healthy, take your popsicles out of the freezer and enjoy!
