Take your Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup) and let them defrost completely. Then, add half of the Honey (1 tablespoon).
With a fork, mash a few of them while you mix the blueberries with the honey.
In a separate bowl, combine Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (100 gram) with the other half of the Honey (1 tablespoon), stir well.
In your popsicle molds, pour one tablespoon of blueberries, followed by one tablespoon of yogurt then blueberries again.
Finish up with one last tablespoon of yogurt. Then close them and put them in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
When craving something sweet but healthy, take your popsicles out of the freezer and enjoy!
