Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl whisk
Eggs (2)
and
Granulated Sugar (2/3 cup)
until light in color and foamy. Add in
Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup)
and
Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup)
.

Add in the
Lemon (1)
, and
Salt (1 pinch)
. Last, sift in the
Cake Flour (1 1/2 cups)
and
Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
and fold everything together gently.

Grease and dust with flour a 22-centimeter cake pan. Pour in the cake batter and top with
Peaches (2)
.
5.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 minutes.
