Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Mix the Egg Whites (3 Tbsp), Coconut Oil (0.5 oz), Protein Powder (1 2/3 Tbsp), Granulated Erythritol (1 Tbsp), Soy Flour (1/3 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Salt (1 pinch), and Dark Chocolate Chips (1 handful), if using, in a bowl.

Drop tablespoons of dough on parchment paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool down completely.
