Very inventive way to use up your sourdough discard! Easy and yummy vegan peanut butter chocolate bars!

Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Natural Peanut Butter
Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips
Chopped Roasted Almonds
In a container mix the
Sourdough Starters (2.5 oz)
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3/4 cup)
Natural Peanut Butter (3 Tbsp)
Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp)
Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (2 Tbsp)
Chopped Roasted Almonds (2 1/2 Tbsp)
Roll the mixture between parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Next cut up your bars and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10-15 minutes.
Let them cool completely before storing them into a zip log bag!
