In a container mix the Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (75 gram), Sourdough Starter (75 gram), Chopped Roasted Almonds (20 gram), Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (20 gram), and Natural Peanut Butter (3 tablespoon) together.
Roll the mixture between parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Next cut up your bars and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10-15 minutes.
Let them cool completely before storing them into a zip log bag!
