Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a bowl combine the Unflavored Whey Protein Powder (22 gram), Soy Flour (20 gram), Rice Flour (15 gram), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), and Xanthan Gum (3 gram).
Add the Active Dry Yeast (3 gram), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Coconut Vinegar (1 tablespoon), and give it a stir. Slowly pour in Water (65 gram) and sprinkle with Salt (1 pinch). Mix until you form a soft and smooth dough.
Roll it out into a circle and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Bake for 15 minutes in your preheated oven.
Remove from the oven, dress it with Tomato Sauce (to taste) and Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) and bake for 5 more minutes.
Drizzle the top with some extra-virgin olive oil and serve it up.
