Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl combine the Unflavored Whey Protein Powder (3 1/2 Tbsp) , Soy Flour (4 Tbsp) , Rice Flour (1 1/2 Tbsp) , Dried Oregano (1 tsp) , and Xanthan Gum (1/2 tsp) .
Step 3
Add the Active Dry Yeast (1 tsp) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Coconut Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , and give it a stir. Slowly pour in Water (2.5 oz) and sprinkle with Salt (1 pinch) . Mix until you form a soft and smooth dough.
Step 4
Roll it out into a circle and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes in your preheated oven.
Step 6
Remove from the oven, dress it with Tomato Sauce (to taste) and Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) and bake for 5 more minutes.
Step 7
Drizzle the top with some extra-virgin olive oil and serve it up.
