In a bowl combine the Unflavored Whey Protein Powder (3 1/2 Tbsp), Soy Flour (4 Tbsp), Rice Flour (1 1/2 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), and Xanthan Gum (1/2 tsp).

Add the Active Dry Yeast (1 tsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Coconut Vinegar (1 Tbsp), and give it a stir. Slowly pour in Water (2.5 oz) and sprinkle with Salt (1 pinch). Mix until you form a soft and smooth dough.
step 3 Add the Active Dry Yeast (1 tsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Coconut Vinegar (1 Tbsp), and give it a stir. Slowly pour in Water (2.5 oz) and sprinkle with Salt (1 pinch). Mix until you form a soft and smooth dough.
