In a separate bowl stir together Apple Sauce (1/4 cup) and Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp).

Grate the zest of 2 Lemons (2). In a bowl of your electric mixer whisk the chia mix, flaxseed egg, juice of 1 lemon, Soy Milk (2 oz), Water (1/2 cup), and Coconut Oil (2 oz) together.
