Step 1

. In a bowl of your electric mixer whisk the chia mix, flaxseed egg, juice of 1 lemon,
Soy Milk (2 oz)

Water (1/2 cup)

Coconut Oil (2 oz)
together.

Add the
Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup)

Cake Flour (1 cup)

Whole Grain Flour (1/2 cup)

Coconut Flour (2 1/2 Tbsp)

Baking Powder (1 tsp)

Salt (1 pinch)
, and stir to combine.
Step 6
Pour into greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 50 minutes.

Once cooked, let the cake cool completely on a wire rack. Then dust with powdered sugar and some lemon zest.
