Step 1
Wash and cut in half the
Baby Potatoes (3.3 lb)
. Boil them for about 10 minutes or until they are tender. Chill the potatoes for about 1 hour before making the dressing.
Step 2
Into a little Jar, add your
Sour Cream (1/4 cup)
,
Sweet Chili Sauce (1/4 cup)
, and
Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
.. Mix all together until Combined.
Step 3
Take your potatoes from the refrigerator and put them in bowl. Add to the bowl chopped
Scallions (1 bunch)
. Pour over the royal dressing, and toss everything together genuinely.
Step 4
Transfer to another serving bowl. Garnish with some spring onions, serve and enjoy!
