Wash and cut in half the Baby Potato (1.5 kilogram). Boil them for about 10 minutes or until they are tender. Chill the potatoes for about 1 hour before making the dressing.
Into a little Jar, add your Sour Cream (1/4 cup), Sweet Chili Sauce (1/4 cup), and Mayonnaise (1/4 cup).. Mix all together until Combined.
Take your potatoes from the refrigerator and put them in bowl. Add to the bowl chopped Scallion (2). Pour over the royal dressing, and toss everything together genuinely.
Transfer to another serving bowl. Garnish with some spring onions, serve and enjoy!
