In a food processor place the Chia Seeds (25 gram), Sunflower Seeds (25 gram), and Hemp Seeds (25 gram). Pulse a few times.
Then, add the Ground Flaxseed (40 gram), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Water (80 milliliter) and pulse until a paste forms.
Transfer into a bowl and fold in the White Sesame Seeds (25 gram). Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
Next, roll it out into a 3-millimeter thick circle and bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut it into squares (or any other shape you like). If you want your crackers really crunchy, pop them back into the oven at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 10 more minutes. Once cooled store them in a jar or ziplock bag.
