I’m kicking off Halloween with the Aperol Spritz with a spooky twist! Made from bitter orange gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, the taste profile is similar to Campari, but milder and less bitter.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Fill a chilled collins glass 3/4 full of Ice (to taste). Then pour Champagne (to taste) into glass until 2/3 full. Add 2 ounces of Aperol (to taste) using a jigger. Top with Club Soda (to taste).

Make a twist from the peel of the Orange (1).

Use a bar spoon to stir, and garnish with and orange twist and other spooky ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
