Step 1
Chop the
Red Chili Peppers (6)
, and put into a small cooking pot together with the
Caster Sugar (1 cup)
, and the
Distilled White Vinegar (1 cup)
. Give the mixture a stir over a medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Once the sugar is dissolved, allow it to simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add the
Garlic (2 cloves)
to the pot, and allow the mixture to simmer for another 15 minutes.
Step 3
Allow the mixture to cool down for at least 20 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the sauce into another container.
