After rinsing Fresh Strawberry (1 pound), cut the top and clean out with a paring knife. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (6 tablespoon), andVanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) until creamy.
Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag - or ziploc with the corner cut off. Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture.
Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in Graham Cracker Crumbs (to taste) or sprinkle crumbs over the strawberries.
