Fresh Strawberries (3 cups)
, cut the top and clean out with a paring knife. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat
Cream Cheese (1 cup)
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/3 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag - or Ziploc with the corner cut off. Fill strawberries with the cheesecake mixture.
Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in
Graham Cracker Crumbs (to taste)
or sprinkle crumbs over the strawberries.
