Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a bowl add
Type 0 Flour (1 cup)
Fine Semolina Flour (1/3 cup)
Salt (1 1/8 tsp)
Flaxseeds (1/3 cup)
. Add in
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Honey (1/2 tsp)
, and slowly pour in the
Water (1/3 cup)
mixing all the ingredients together first with a spoon and then with your hand. You should get a soft and smooth dough that is not sticking to your fingers.
On a floured surface roll out the dough 3-millimeter thick, cut off your crackers the shape and size you prefer. Lightly brush them with some extra-virgin olive oil.
Bake the crackers in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 12-15 minutes. Remove and let them cool down completely.
