Freshly Brewed
Coffee
or 2 shots of Espresso

Tbsp
Brown Sugar
•
1/4
tsp
Vanilla Extract
•
1/4
tsp
Gingerbread Spice
•

dash
Ground Cinnamon
•
to taste
Milk
Cooking Instructions
1.
Add your
Brown Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp)
, and
Gingerbread Spice (1/4 tsp)
to your mug.

Warm up your
Milk (to taste)
. I simply warm mine up on the stove then froth it.
3.
Pour your
Coffee (1 cup)
into your mug, mixing your sugar, extract, and spices until dissolved.
4.
Top with your frothed milk, and add an extra dash of
Ground Cinnamon (1 dash)
on top for good measure.
Author's Notes
If you don’t have gingerbread spices on hand, don’t fret! Here are two options:
1. Just use pumpkin pie spices instead, if you have those! And, forego the extra dash of cinnamon.
2. Make your own gingerbread spice mix with 2 parts allspice, cinnamon, ginger, and 1 part cloves and nutmeg. Easy peasy!
