Author's Notes

To recreate the drizzle pattern on the top, simply melt a few types of chocolate and use a rapid motion to drizzle the chocolate in an erratic pattern over the dark chocolate once it dries.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Line an 8x8-inch baking tin with parchment and set aside.
Step 2
Into a large bowl combine the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) , Almond Flour (3/4 cup) , Peanut Butter (1/2 cup) , and Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) .
Step 3
Transfer mixture to a lined baking tin and pat down to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
Step 4
Pour Dark Chocolate (3/4 cup) over the almond flour mixture and evenly disperse using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Step 5
Place in the freezer and set for 2 hours before enjoying.
