Step 1
To make the strawberry simple syrup, in a small saucepan on medium heat, mix
Just Jan’s® Organic Strawberry Spread (2 cups)

Water (1 cup)
, and stir until the jam has a pourable consistency. Strain with a mesh strainer into a measuring cup set aside to cool. Reserve 1 ounce for the cocktail and save the rest for another cocktail.
Step 2
Pour the
Gin (1 fl oz)
, Strawberry Simple Syrup, and the juice from
Meyer Lemon (1)
in a shaker and shake until well blended.
Step 3
Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with
Dry Sparkling Wine (to taste)
. Garnish with
Lemon Peel (to taste)
