Paris is probably one of my favorite places to visit. The whole city is picturesque, flirty, historic and even the clouds in the sky seem happy to be floating above the Seine river. This elegant cocktail reminds me of Paris and it is easy to make and very refreshing.

Step 1
To make the strawberry simple syrup, in a small saucepan on medium heat, mix Just Jan’s® Organic Strawberry Spread (2 cups) , Water (1 cup) , and stir until the jam has a pourable consistency. Strain with a mesh strainer into a measuring cup set aside to cool. Reserve 1 ounce for the cocktail and save the rest for another cocktail.
Step 2
Pour the Gin (1 fl oz) , Strawberry Simple Syrup, and the juice from Meyer Lemon (1) in a shaker and shake until well blended.
Step 3
Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with Dry Sparkling Wine (to taste) . Garnish with Lemon Peel (to taste) .
